Our Company
Behavioral Pathfinder is a licensed Medicaid provider of mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults in Houston and surrounding cities. Our team is composed of highly trained medical and mental health professionals. We adopt a multi-disciplinary approach and evidenced-based methods in delivering services that both educate and improve the quality of living for our clients.
Target Population
Our services are available to clients/ patients who are assessed and determined to have a severe and persistent mental illness, such as schizophrenia, major depression, bipolar disorder, and other severely disabling mental disorders or exhibit serious emotional disturbance.
Our clients’ age group includes children and adolescents (3-17 years) and individuals (18 years and older).
Our providers include Physician, Psychiatric NP, Licensed Profession Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, QMHP-CS and others
